The ERICADE Network · Web server

This is Sally, the ERICADE web server

You have reached the server itself rather than one of the websites it hosts. That happens when a request names no site, names one that is not set up here, or goes to the server's IP address. The sites that live here are listed below.

The name in the request picks the site
# A request that names a site gets that site
GET / HTTP/1.1
Host: radio.ericade.net
→ radio.ericade.net

# No name, an unknown name, or the IP address

About ERICADE

The network behind ericade.radio

The ERICADE Radio Network runs ericade.radio, a radio station for demoscene, chiptune, Amiga and tracker music, and keeps track of the artists and the scene history around it.

The station plays around the clock on two channels. Around it are the station's website, with its music library, news, podcasts and listener accounts, and the ERICADE Radio API that the website is built on and that anyone can use for a player, bot, widget or research project. Sally serves all of it, together with a few sites hosted for others.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Why am I seeing this page?

Your request reached the server without naming one of the sites it hosts: it went to the server's IP address, to a name that points here but is not set up as a site, or to sally.ericade.net itself. Every site answers at its own address only.

I expected a different site

Check the address for a typing error first. If it is right and still brings you here, the site may have moved or no longer be hosted on this server. Write to radio@ericade.net with the address you used.

What is Sally?

The name of the server. It serves every site on this page, all of them over HTTPS; a request over plain HTTP is redirected.

Where do I listen to ERICADE Radio?

At ericade.radio, or on radio.ericade.net with the web player, the music library and the news.

I want to build something on the station's data

The ERICADE Radio API is open: fetch a token, send a POST, read JSON. Its portal explains the rest.

How do I reach the people behind ERICADE?

Write to radio@ericade.net.
